1. Determine who you would like on your team.
You can choose up to four senior officials and key stakeholders (in addition to yourself) who have responsibility and authority to take the knowledge and information from the program and turn it into tangible, on-the-ground improvements back home. You have the option to include up to two additional team members with all costs covered by the team.

Indicate if additional team members have confirmed that they can attend the workshop. (Please note: You don't need to have all team members confirmed in order to submit a completed application).
