A lot of pieces need to come together before you can host an event. We want to help you be successful. The UALC Resource Guide for Ministry Leaders contains a lot of useful information and things you may not have considered. Please complete the following.
 
We will reply to you as soon as possible to let you know if we are able to fulfill your request.
 
We always try to meet your timeline. Scheduling in advance is important, and at least one week notice is preferred. We will do our best to complete things on short notice of two business day or less, but these requests cannot always be fulfilled.

Some examples include:
Communications if you'd like to discuss announcing an event or ministry on the web, creating print materials or slides, the church Facebook page, WelcomeVision slides or adding something to The Cornerstone.
Facility Request to check availability of a room or piece of equipment
Email Blast - send an email about your event to those attending, to your ministry or another group
Online Forms - create an online registration for your ministry or event, or generate a survey
Process Payments at an Event - collect money for admission at an event, or for the sale of items like a book or t shirt sale
Equipment - borrow UALC equipment for a UALC event

The most successful ministries and events start with a communications plan. Select the options you would you like to discuss with our Communications team and we will contact you.

Facility Request Reservations

Click below to fill out and submit a Room Request Form. You may find the Room & Resources Request Guidelines helpful also. Completing a form does not guarantee you will receive the space you request. Please complete all questions as an incomplete form may delay your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email when the event is scheduled.
Mill Run is closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Exceptions can be made for UALC ministries.
